Jeff Presnal - Principal

Jeff Presnal is a Commercial real estate development and construction management professional with more than 30 years of experience. His experience includes market analysis, site selection, asset management, construction management, development process management, and disposition strategies that give him a unique perspective of projects from inception to occupancy. He is a retired Army officer with 25 years of experience (10 years active duty) in leadership, aviation logistics, training, and junior leader development with multiple positions of command.

Jeff received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction from Texas A&M University and was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army. After a successful military career, Jeff earned his Master of Science in Land Development from Texas A&M University in 1991.

Jeff is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and is the Broker/Sponsor for Corps Assets. He also started and led Armor of God Military Ministry, a non-profit organization ministering to veterans in the local community and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Main Street Crossing, a religious non-profit serving fringe people/groups in the local community.

Mark Rand - Principal

Mark Rand is an entrepreneur who has spent over 39-years increasing value for mid-market companies in positions ranging from Sales and Busines Development to President and Chief Executive Officer and eventually Business Owner. His years of raising capital, acquiring companies, restructuring companies, and eventually turning troubled companies around has given him broad knowledge of all areas of business. His 15-years with bottom line responsibility as a business owner has given him an acute knowledge of the real estate intricacies that are paramount to the success of a business.

Mark is a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent and a Principal/Partner at Corps Assets. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University and was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army Field Artillery where he spent over 14-years assuming numerous staff and command positions in the Texas Army National Guard. Mark has served as a director on numerous professional and philanthropic boards.
